In construction, flashing is a thin sheet or strip of water-resistant material installed at roof intersections and projections, around windows and doors, and along the tops of foundation walls to direct water flow away from the house. Flashing guides water out from the drainage plane to the exterior. Our shop is open Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM and is located conveniently at 633 Petit Road, Grande Pointe, Manitoba.
